Prior to joining, he served on the investment team at Greenspring Associates (acquired by StepStone Group) where he focused on primary and secondary transactions in growth-stage technology companies. He also focused on primary venture capital fund commitments and secondary purchases of limited partnership interests in venture capital funds. Alex graduated from Elon University with a B.S.B.A in Finance and Marketing.
Alexa is an Associate on the Capital Markets team, focused on business development initiatives. Prior to joining, she worked at GLG as a Team Lead serving and owning GLG's flagship private equity relationships. Alexa graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.S. in Human and Organizational Development, and was also a four-year member and captain of the Vanderbilt Women’s Lacrosse team.
Andrea is the Assistant CFO of Lead Edge Capital. Prior to Lead Edge, Andrea worked as an auditor for Ernst & Young, LLP where she specialized in financial service clients. Andrea earned her MS in Accounting and MBA from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
Andrew is the Head of Talent at Lead Edge Capital. Prior to joining, he worked at Artisanal Talent Group and SPMB, both retained search firms in the San Francisco Bay Area where he conducted executive searches for clients in both the Consumer & Enterprise sectors. Andrew received his B.A. in Geography/Environmental Studies from UCLA with a Minor in GIS&T.
Avery is a Partner at Lead Edge Capital. Prior to joining Lead Edge in 2013, Avery worked as an Analyst with the BRM Group in Tel Aviv and was involved in the London-based start-up State.com. Avery graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, & Economics (PPE Program). Avery is a national Board Member of the Birthright Israel Foundation.
Brian is a Principal at Lead Edge Capital. Prior to joining, Brian was on the investment team at JMI Equity. He received his B.A. in Psychology from Amherst College.

Prior to Lead Edge, Brian was a member of the investment teams at FTV Capital and Bessemer Venture Partners, where he concentrated in the software, business services and internet sectors. Chris is the Chief Financial Officer of Lead Edge Capital. Chris comes from a tax background specializing in private equity and hedge fund clients, as well as high net-worth individuals. He has also worked at several large fund administrators. Chris has a Bachelors in Fine Arts from Rider University, and a M.B.A. with an Accounting track from Monmouth University.
David is an Vice President with Lead Edge. Previously, he was an Analyst at Perella Weinberg Partners in their Advisory business. David graduated from Emory University in Atlanta with a BA in Mathematics.
Edward is the Head of Capital Markets at Lead Edge Capital. Prior to joining Lead Edge, Edward was an Associate at Skyview Capital, a private equity firm focused on acquiring divestments across the technology and software sectors. Edward received his B.A. in Economics from Wake Forest University.
Elisa is the Vice President of Compliance at Lead Edge Capital. Prior to joining Lead Edge, she was the Compliance Associate at JANA Partners LLC, an investment manager focusing on event-driven investing. Elisa received her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Florida, and her M.A. in International Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Emila is the Assistant CCO and manages investor relations at Lead Edge Capital. Emila comes to Lead Edge from Eastern Advisors.
Emma is an executive assistant to two of Lead Edge’s VP’s and helps manage the NYC office. Prior to Lead Edge, she studied business communications at Arizona State University and worked in hospitality at the Mark Hotel, as well as in executive staffing at the Atlantic Group on their finance and accounting team.
Ethan is a Data Project Manager at Lead Edge Capital. Prior to joining, he was a senior data analyst at Westside Analytics, a data consulting company that works with financial firms. Before that, he worked for a SaaS start-up specializing in restaurant software. Ethan graduated from Chapman University with a B.S. in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship
Evan is a Partner, Public Markets at Lead Edge Capital. Prior to joining Evan worked as an Associate at ValueAct Capital, a long-only hedge fund in San Francisco. Before that he worked at Hellman & Friedman and Bain & Company. Evan graduated from Williams College with a double major in Math and Economics.
Garrett is an Associate at Lead Edge Capital. Prior to joining, he worked on the investment team at Volition Capital. Garrett graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.B.A in Finance and Entrepreneurship.

Prior to joining Lead Edge, Hari worked for strategic engineering and environmental consultancy Ricardo plc before subsequently working at UK-based ed-tech firm Avado Learning. Jamie graduated from Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario with a B.A. in Honors Business Administration.
Jason is leading business development initiatives at Lead Edge. Jason was one of the earliest employees at Sportsline.com, aiding its rapid growth before its acquisition by CBS. His consultancy, Network Media Group, has offered strategic consulting to companies of all sizes. Jason invested early stage in companies like Twitter, Jump Forward, and Uber. Jason also serves on the Board of Directors of the Heather on Earth Music Therapy Foundation and the advisory board of the Miami Country Day School.
Jerry is Controller at Lead Edge Capital. Jerry has over 20 years of experience in fund management operations, and comes to Lead Edge from Eastern Advisors. Prior to Eastern Advisors, Jerry worked in the operations department for Tiger Management. Jerry graduated from Pace University with a BS.
Jonathan is an Associate at Lead Edge Capital. Previously, he was an Analyst at Jefferies in their technology investment banking group. Jonathan graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BA in Economics and Financial Economics.
Josh is an Associate at Lead Edge Capital. Prior to joining, he worked at New Enterprise Associates and Choosy. Josh graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University with a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management. There, he was the COO of Cornell Venture Capital.
Kelly is the executive assistant to two of Lead Edge’s partners. She also manages the New York City office. Prior to Lead Edge, she studied hospitality management at Penn State and worked for Starbuck’s NYC management team. Growing up in Singapore and Thailand, she brings a global background and multidisciplinary business experience to the office.
Leah is an Associate at Lead Edge Capital. Prior to joining, she worked at Microsoft and New Enterprise Associates. Leah graduated from Rice University with a B.A. in Economics.
Prior to Lead Edge, Lisa ran her own luxury event planning company in Manhattan focused on weddings & social events. She previously sat on the Admissions Committee at Wharton Business School, did IR at Tiedemann Investment Group and started career as a Registrar at Sotheby's managing $100M+ of art. Lisa has a B.A. in Art History from BU and originally hails from Durban, South Africa. Lisa sits on the Board of Great Beginnings Montessori School. She is formerly a Trustee of the Children’s Museum of the East End and Montessori Center School.

Nimay is a Partner at Lead Edge Capital. Prior to Lead Edge, Nimay was on the investment teams at Eastern Advisors, Insight Venture Partners and General Catalyst Partners, where he invested in growth-stage technology companies. Nimay received his A.B. in Economics from Harvard College.
Phil is an accountant on the operations team at Lead Edge Capital. Prior to joining Lead Edge, he worked at PwC where he specialized in tax compliance for both hedge and private equity funds. He received his M.S. in Taxation from St. John’s University and B.S. in Accounting from the College of Staten Island.
Pranav is an Associate at Lead Edge Capital. Prior to joining, he worked at Goldman Sachs on the tech investment banking team in San Francisco. Pranav graduated from UC Berkeley and holds a degree in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business.
Rachael is an Executive Assistant in the Santa Barbara office. Prior to Lead Edge, Rachael managed operations for a non-profit treatment center for women. She graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a BA in communication and history.

Serra is in Investor Relations at Lead Edge Capital. Prior to joining Lead Edge, Serra worked as Contracts Manager at 77 Construction Co., an Istanbul-based Construction Company with projects in Afghanistan for the US Government. Serra also worked in Operations for Tiger Partners and Tiger Veda Management. Serra received her B.S. in Finance from Manhattan College where she played basketball.
Scott is a Special Advisor to Lead Edge Capital. Scott is the founder and manager of affiliate Eastern Advisors. With over twenty years of technology investing experience, Scott’s focus is on early-stage venture capital. Prior to Eastern Advisors, Scott was a portfolio manager at Kingdon Capital. He received an MIA from Columbia University’s School of International Affairs and a B.A. in History from Holy Cross College where he was awarded a Watson Fellowship.
Tim is a Partner at Lead Edge Capital. Prior to joining Lead Edge, Tim worked as an investment banker at Sandler O’Neill + Partners and in commercial real estate at CBRE. Tim received his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Notre Dame, where he played lacrosse.
Victoria is the Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Lead Edge Capital’s Santa Barbara office. She is also the assistant to two of the Principals. Originally from the east coast, Victoria has a BA in theater from Wagner College, worked as an executive personal assistant in NYC for 10 years, and is certified as a personal trainer. Victoria is very much loving her new west coast life filled with long hikes, sunshine, and the ocean.
